Cash flow projections can be created and modified quickly and easily

A mouse click brings up a table showing the assets and liabilities on the balance sheet and a time-frame to help plan disposals of assets (and generation of cash) and payment of liabilities.  All such projections are saved for review or editing, and new ones can be generated just as simply at any time.  

This is a particularly useful feature with long running and more complex estates helping the executors to plan the payment of tax and other liabilities and distributions to beneficiaries.
