Brightcel will automatically identify when an estate is insolvent, whether at the death or subsequently as the administration progresses.  

When an estate is insolvent, or legacies need to abate, Brightcel will recalculate all legacies and liabilities having regard to the rules for administration of insolvent estates.  

There will be occasions where some liabilities are met in full or out of order.  Brightcel will automatically recalculate reduced values of liabilities taking account of such payments or decisions.
