Brightcel comes with a set of standard letters which can be completed with details of the assets and liabilities on a mouse click. 

The Black Book feature allows the user to build up a personal black book of contact addresses for use on any Brightcel matter. 

Adding to a matter from the Black Book is a click of a mouse, and adding to the Black Book from a matter is a click of a mouse.  The Black Book can be edited at any time to remove or update addresses. 

And it works for Stocks and Shares too. 

The Black Book can hold lists of the names (but not values) of stocks and shares to make adding long lists of investments quick and easy.
